Globolsa is a global direct democracy of active entrepreneurs for creation and administration of organizations, using their universal right to freedom of expression, initiative, organization and competition, without artificial barriers of entry.
Creator-entrepreneurs, investor-entrepreneurs, worker-entrepreneurs, supplier-entrepreneurs, buyer-entrepreneurs, sponsor-entrepreneurs and/or citizen-entrepreneurs contribute with tangible/intangible.
These entrepreneurs are active agents in the financing and administration of a transparent, directly democratic organization via Internet, with escrow direct control of budgets, expenses, revenues and profits.
After the organization concept and structure is expressed specially by the way of a website the creator-entrepreneur can gain support from other function entrepreneurs suppling other tangible/intangible assets.
When an organization generates income in a national market, entrepreneurs seek national bureaucratic registrations.
Globolsa seeks total elimination of these national taxation and bureaucratic barriers of entry to organizations. Taxation is a duty of citizens. Indirect taxation on organizations are always passed on to citizens who lose control over its level and distribution to themselves.
